School Rules

  • Parents and Guardian will be bound by the school rules in all respect, which may change from time to time. In all matters of dispute, the decision of the Principal shall be binding on the Parents/Guardians.
  • Students should be habitually clean and always be neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days. Students not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their class rooms.
  • Students should not leave their class without the permission of the teacher. They should also not leave the school premises without prior permission from the Principal. Students should be trained by the parents to take care of their belongings. Any loss of items of students is not school's liability.
  • It is strictly forbidden to throw anything at anyone or physically harm others.
  • Care must be taken to preserve the schools property. Students are expected to make good the damages, to furniture, library books or any other asset.
  • Private tuitions from school teachers are strictly discouraged by the school authorities. However, in special cases, the Principal may give permission.
  • Bursting crackers or splashing colours during Diwali/Holi in the school premises is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance of these instructions can result in expulsion from the school.
  • The name, class and sections of the pupil should be clearly marked on all belongings of the students. Blazers, Coats and Jerseys should also bear marked label indicating the name of the Student.
  • Students should speak in English during stay in school campus.
  • Parents are advised to see that the children prepare their lessons daily.
  • Parents are advised not to send their children to the school when they are suffering from any contagious diseases like chicken pox, measles, mumps, whooping cough or conjunctivitis.
  • Laminated ID- cards; diary, tie and custodian pass will be issued from the school. In case of loss, it can be replaced after payment.
  • It is compulsory for the parents/ guardians to carry the custodian pass, if their ward is to be collected from school. Students should not bring any electronic gadgets to school. If caught the things will be retained by the school and would not be returned in any case.

1. No leave will be granted without a written application from the Parents/Guardians. Grant of leave on account of birthday, marriage, feasts and similar other reasons will be at the Principal´s discretion.

2. Continuous absence for more than 15 days without leave will be treated equivalent to withdrawal of the student from school and his/her name will be struck off the roll. A medical certificate should be produced for absence due to contagious or infectious disease.

3. Student who do not return promptly after holidays and remain absent for more than 15 days will be considered equivalent to withdrawal and their names will be struck off from the school register.

Merit Certificate and Awards are given to the meritorious students round the year on their annual all-round performance in various fields.

Minimum attendance for appearing in the Annual Examination is 75% or above. In case of absence (except illness) the parent is responsible to update their ward´s work. A proper application for absence should be submitted.

Though the school takes all normal precaution for the safety of the students, it does not take any responsibility for accidents. However, all the students will be insured by the school with the Insurance Corporation.

  • Buses will pick up children from main road.
  • Parents should arrange to bring the children to the Bus Stop and to take them back.
  •  All students using the School-Bus are expected to be on the right side of their bus stop at least five minutes prior to the arrival time of the bus.
  • The buses will not wait for the late comers.
  • Students should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
  • While alighting no student should come near the entry door of the bus until it has made a complete stop.
  • The front door of the bus is the only authorised entrance and exit.
  • The drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stop only unless otherwise directed by the bus incharge. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is always subject to change.
  • When the bus is in motion, students must not move around in the bus. The commuters must not have any part of their body out of the windows.
  • Object of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus.
  • Students will be held responsible for any damage of buses caused by negligence or vandalism.
  • Shrieking, shouting, unruly behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  • Courteous behaviour is expected at all times.
  • The driver´s attention must not be distracted for any reason.
  • The teacher on bus and student-bus-monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses.
  • Any serious offence will be reported to the Principal.
  • Children, who are not in the prescribed School uniform, may not be picked up by the bus staff, unless exempted by the Principal.
  • In case of bus strike or break down of the bus or any other strike, an alternative arrangement should be made by the parents and not by the school authorities to send/collect their ward from school.
